HELLO, I just have been diing to write this... i hate exercies... i feel like it's a job you hate, but hey, "i'm just just doin it for the money"... Mad

Laughing what i mean is... i'm 250 pounds... when i really do my best in exercise, i really hate the immediate effect on my body... my feet hurt because not only am i 250 pounds, but my walking gate is off... i rarly miss a day of walk/jogging anywhere from 2 to 5 miles.... but it make my heart pound in my chest... my feet hurt for hours after, my ankles swell just a little (from an old injury) and my nose always drips (just a pain)... not to mention my hip feels the presure... Confused

but i have lost 5 pounds, and i know it will get better as the weight comes off...

thank god for hubby he helps me work out every night at home with alternate weights, pushups, squats, calve lifts, etc...

it is a blessing, and i believe this time around i will stick to my new life style change becasue i have now accepted that it will take time, and working out is WORK... IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THE WORK, THEN DON'T, BUT DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DONUT THAT ATTACHES TO THE INSIDE OF YOUR THIGH...

i just thought i i'd post this to let someone out there know that they are not alone... not everyone that works out "LOVES IT"... just keep your eye on the prize... like working that overtime for that new whatever...

I don't like exercise. I especially didn't like it this morning. I had to push myself the entire time just to get through my cardio. I DO love the results. And I feel so good afterwards.

Once I started I couldn't stop. One thing I did was get a stability ball and instead of sitting in a chair on on the couch, I sit on that, it's amazing what a work out sitting on it while watching tv, typing on the computer, even at work, I was able to do it (I worked at a physical rehabilitation center as a receptionist, sedentary work usually, until I added the ball)

I've really been thinking about getting one of those - the anti-burst ones, of course. I've seen the exercise demos using them, and they seem to be just the trick for not having to lie down on a hard floor to do crunches and chest presses. So what you're saying is that just by sitting on one, you are getting a workout...just by keeping your balance??
