I lost 3,5 pounds In 2 weeks and a half, and I am happy! I really feel like it's working what I'm doing and that feels amazing.

I had some pretty bad days this last week. I had no school, and my hormones where all over the place... so yeah I had some days that I would rather forget. But I did one thing, after those 2 bad days I told myself I wouldn't quit! And I didn't :D

Today I started my internship and that is a blessing! I have a lot to do, which keeps my mind of the food, and I can eat whenever I want to or when my plan tells me to. I'm a journalist/student, so my life is a bit irregular, but I just need to get some routine in my eating habits. If I get that I think I'll do fine :) Anyone got an idea?

What I'm going to do tomorrow: drink more water, I feel that I didn't drink enough today.

Bo

@ 8:12am ET on February 9, 2010 I never drink enough water either. I feel like I'm constantly in the ladies when I up my water intake. I'm a FT student and work part time as well. The way I control what I eat during the day is I bring my breakfast(greek yogurt with fresh berries)a snack(almonds or an orange) and a lunch( a turkey on whole wheat wrap with spicy mustard and greens and a fruit). It stays cold in my little red lunch pack. I know it looks a bit dorky to my fellow students but I just don't care. It works for me to control what I put in my mouth during the day.
@ 11:22am ET on February 9, 2010 Congrats on the loss! I'd definitely try a routine because it will help you get on track with your eating patterns. Try what will work for you...this is what I do: breakfast around 9:30 am, lunch around 12:30, snack around 4, dinner around 6:30 or 7 and an evening snack when I'm done working out. That's what works for me but you might have to adjust with your schedule. Good luck! ~Sara :o)
@ 3:30pm ET on February 9, 2010 Thank you both. Today I drank enough water :) but I did feel like I had to go to the ladies every 5 seconds. The problem is that I work for television and it isn't as easy to say 'Sorry guys, turn of the camera for a sec I'm going to the bathroom' :D I had my lunchbox with me yesterday and today, and it helped a lot on getting inthe routine AND it saved me some money! Good luck to you! - Bo
