Welcome to Diet.com's Fall 2010 Weight Loss Challenge!!! To get started during the first week, join us in our first weekly weigh-in!! Make sure you've set your Challenge goal weight, and your Challenge Milestones (the mini-goals that you'd like to reach during this Challenge!).
We've already had some great discussion going in the Challenge Chatroom - and I'm loving the participation on the Challenge Message Board! Keep up the great communication everyone - this type of participation will ensure a successful Challenge for ALL of us!
There will be all sorts of goodies unrolling on the Challenge page this week - including Daily Recipes, Daily Exercise Demos and Daily Polls! You can also check out the Weekly Workout provided by one of our Fitness Experts!
