I hope to start, and finish this challenge right. I'm going to try doing a few things to get myself going in the correct direction this time. Like walking three or four days a week before I have class or work. And since I'm paying for a gym membership I should use it right? So maybe the days I don't go walking I'll go to the gym for maybe an hour or two? I really need to get in shape. I lost about 40 pounds last year and gained about 20 of it back this year. I am really unhappy about that and want to see if I can lose that last 20 before the holidays and then continue to lose, or at least maintain throughout the holidays. I just turned 21 and to be 4'10 and 200 pounds sucks! I can't really enjoy being young because I'm always out of breath and feel like the fat kid =( Here's to fall 2010 helping me get my life going!
