It is so hard to keep pushing when your body is in pain from the gym. How long does it take to see results from working out... Sure, I can loose weight, but, I want to see a toner me again :O( Why does it feel like when you are doing something wrong (overeating) you see those results asap but when you do something right (hit the gym 2 hours a day 5 days a week, stay under 1200 cal a day) that it takes forever to notice anything... Arrrgggg... :O( Bummed
