i am officially atarting my diet today. im trying to cut out all the junk food and sodas. i wanna limit my meat intake and only eat seafood. my problem is getting to the gym. i have a membership and havent used it once. my schedule at work is just to hectic. hopefully i can work it out because i really wanna lose weight. any suggestions for us beginners?

If you really can't fit it in your schedule, you can always buy workout videos-- there are literally tons of them out there. That's what I do-- I don't go to the gym, I do workout videos. Make sure to get at least a few that use free weights, and you can lift weights too! Also think about purchasing a piece of exercising equipment and makng your own private gym at home. :-)
