Ingredients
  • 1 cup non fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp minced green onion
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the above ingredients. Set aside for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Will keep for 3-4 days in a tightly covered container in refrigerator.
  2. Makes 1 cup (2 tbsp = 1 serving). Works well on tostadas, potatoes, burritos or grilled veggies!
