Ingredients
  • 4 small apples
  • 4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick, trimmed of all fat
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper (optional)

Instructions
  1. Core apples and cut into quarters. Then cut each quarter into 3-4 slices.
  2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange pork chops in the dish and surrond with apple slices. Bake in a 350 F oven for 25 minutes or until done.
  3. Transfer chops to a serving plate; surround with the apples.
  4. Serving Size: 1 pork chop and 1/2 cup apples.
