1) Splurge at the spa or enlist your significant other to deliver a well-deserved massage. In addition to feeling amazing, massages pack a lot of benefits for your body. They help stimulate and relax your muscles and new research suggests they can ease insomnia and boost immunity, increase blood circulation, and lower blood pressure!
2) Treat yourself with a great new outfit! You're going to need to with all those inches you lost during the Challenge! Throwing aside your old pants and stepping into a new pair of slimmer jeans will give you that instant gratification you're looking for. Or go through those boxes of old clothes in your basement that you thought you'd never be able to wear again. You'll be pleasantly surprised!

3) Join a new sport or class at your gym. Take up something you've always wanted to learn but couldn't before because of your health.
4) Get a new piece of fitness equipment for your home. There are plenty out there to choose from! From stability balls and yoga mats to higher end items like elliptical machines and treadmills, there's plenty to choose from. Adding new fitness equipment is a great way to keep your motivation going long after the challenge ends.
5) Buy yourself a yearlong subscription to a new fitness and health magazine! Magazines are full of inspiring reads and great tips for you to add to your new healthy lifestyle. Or try a cookbook or food magazine to add some new meal ideas to your healthy diet.
These are all easy ways you can reward yourself for completing the New You 2007 Weight Loss Challenge. However you decide to enjoy the new you, remember all you had to do to get to where you are now!
